Carbon Fiber Epoxy Resin Kit - 1 yd 6" W Unidirectional cloth tape with 6 oz Epoxy resin

These kits are used to add stiffness and tensile strength in one direction without adding significant thickness or weight.

When high tension and/or strength is needed, the unidirectional weave is the best material for these applications.

The unidirectional fabric is interwoven with thread so the edges will not fray while working with the material.

This unidirectional material does not have an adhesive backing, so resin is required for bonding.

This kit includes:

• One yard of  unidirectional carbon fiber cloth tape, measuring  36" x  6"
• 4  ozs of Clear Epoxy resin
• 2  ozs  hardener
• Basic instructions.

The Epoxy resin is a high quality UV stabilized and has high gloss finish.

Epoxy has a 30-40 minute working time at room temperature, and fully cures in 24-48 hours at room temp.
